Please complete the form below to register for the Pick Up Event on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Harborside Christian Church in Safety Harbor, Florida from 12:30pm-2:00pm. Other appointments cannot be made to pick up shoes. This is a one day only Pick Up Event.

While we will do our best to provide shoes for all fosters, we are unable to guarantee that they will be donated to our drive. With that being said, shoes are available on a first come, first served basis and are only available while supplies last. We apologize in advance if you arrive and shoes for your kiddo are no longer available.

At this time we are only providing shoes for fosters and adopted kiddos.

As with all of our pick up events, you will need to provide your government issued ID and a physical copy of your custody letter. Digital copies are not accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS and please plan accordingly as there will NOT be a printer available at the event). You do not have to bring the original in your yellow jacket, just a copy. We will not be keeping the custody letter, just using it and your government issued ID for verification. We also call all licensing specialists to confirm placement of each child. Only the Foster Parents on the custody letters can pick up shoes - no exceptions.

NEW: All children will need to be in attendance at the Pick Up Event to pick out their shoes.

We are excited to be partnering with Harborside Cares and Man Up for our New Kicks Program! They are hosting a training the same morning of our Pick Up Event that is FREE for foster families and includes Chick-fil-a breakfast, free childcare, credits towards relicensure and training with Loryn Smith.

You will need to fill out a registration form to attend the training AND a form to register for childcare.

Please note that this training registration is separate from the New Kicks for Fosters Registration and all registrations will need to be completed if you want to participate in all of them.

Only breakfast is provided at the training, if you are attending the training and the Pick Up Event, please plan to pack a lunch or snacks for your crew.

Please list the following information on separate lines for EACH FOSTER CHILD ONLY. Do not leave out any information. Name (first and last initial), age, gender, shoe size (clarify if it is toddler, child or adult sizes) and preferred types/styles/brands (sneakers, sandals, boots, etc.; athletic, girly, emo, etc.; Nike, Blowfish, Vans, etc.). Bio + Adopted Shoe Information

Please list the following information on separate lines for EACH BIO + ADOPTED CHILD ONLY. Do not leave out any information. Please identify if they are a bio or adopted. Name (first and last initial), age, bio/adopted, gender, shoe size (clarify if it is toddler, child or adult sizes) and preferred types/styles/brands (sneakers, sandals, boots, etc.; athletic, girly, emo, etc.; Nike, Blowfish, Vans, etc.). AGREEMENT

I understand that I am responsible for picking up shoes at the Pick Up Event on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 12:30pm-2:00pm. This is the only time that pick ups can be made - no other times or appointments are available.

If I have a preteen or teenage foster child, they have to be present at the event to choose their shoes.

I understand that shoes are available on a first come, first served basis, are subject to availability based on donations and Christmas for Fosters is not responsible for guaranteeing shoes.

I understand that I must provide a government issued ID and physical copy of each child's custody letter at the Pick Up Event on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 12:30pm-2:00pm at Harborside Christian Church in Safety Harbor, Florida. If I do not provide both requested items, I will not be able to pick up shoes at the event.

I understand that only the Foster Parents listed on the form can pick up shoes.

I understand that I will be receiving text messages from Christmas for Fosters.

I will not hold Give Joy Collective/Christmas for Fosters (organization + team members), Harborside Christian Church or any of the volunteers accountable for any injuries, illnesses, etc. that may occur at the event.
